WW Presents: 7 Day Forecast (7/3/22)

What’s good everyone? We are back this week for a pre-holiday forecast. Hoping to give you some under rated gems to add to your playlist for the one time. Hope y’all having a safe time with family or getting to the bag if you are working the weekend. We are not going to take up much of your time with the introduction today so let’s get into the 7 highlights of the week. Let’s get into it!

R. Sol - Lose Your Soul (Release Date: 2/19/21)

Starting us off we have R. Sol and his self-directed visual for his track “Lose Your Soul.” A cut from his full length project ‘You Thought,’ which is one of many released by him the last year. This song takes the honest route as the artist lists off people/things in his life he find forgiveness in, as opposed to letting the blame take him away from enjoying life. Some people lose their selves in the things we find shame in. This song touches on those who find themselves on the fence between maintaining peace and losing their head completely. Thankful for the vulnerability demonstrated in this song to remind folks that real feelings look like this.

If you enjoyed this cut from R. Sol then tap in with him right here.

Neek - Premium (Release Date: 7/1/22)

The artist known as Neek, is back with another single for the summer. This time he releases “Premium” for listeners in time for the 4th of July weekend. Letting people know that everything in his life is nothing but the premium going forward. His girl, his work, and even the gas in his car (flex in these times). A short but fun song with cadences that are impossible to not bounce alongside with. When you raise your standards, the universe is bound to meet you there when you really mean it. There’s nothing wrong with wanting the better things and demanding more out of life. Neek is simply just demonstrating how it’s done and how to make it look good.

Constant Lyt - In Light (Release Date: 7/3/22)

Freshly released, we have Constant Lyt and his single “in light” produced by SamRuckusMusic. The SJ based artist thoughtfully paints his words across the instrumental canvas. To be grateful in this life is really the easiest way to guide ourselves through it all. Taking the time to contextualize the poetic description of being in the moment and what it means to live in light. Being honest and forgiving with yourself is where it starts. You can not control how it plays out but you do have control on how you let it play out inside your head. Perception is everything and the only thing at the same time. Listen to this and try to see yours a little differently. Some times you just need an outside perspective to put it all in place for you.

If you enjoyed the ideas expressed in this, then be sure to follow right here.

Alwa Gordon, Devien - Do Not Disturb (Release: 7/1/22)

We have Alwa Gordon, this time with Devien, for their collaboration on the song titled “Do Not Disturb.” A song for those who need a little bit more time alone than others. We all have those moments that no one but ourselves can save us from. It’s healthy to remove yourself from sources of drained energy. To recharge requires a reset. No matter how much people claim to be there for you, it is not their burden or responsibility to be that for you when maintaining your own energy is already difficult to face alone. If you are able to look within yourself and sort through it then you are more than equipped to conquer life in your own right. Do your inventory, find acceptance for your own performance, and be kind to yourself.

If you can relate to this in any way, be sure tap in right here.

Cast Away$ - Falling For You (Release Date: 7/1/22)

Up next, we have a summer banger, with Cast Away$ latest track “Falling For You.” The occasion was brought to life by For//You Production on the direction of the music video. The Cast Away$ take advantage of the season’s vibes and keep the theme of the video to match them. The visuals take place at a Cook Out setting, showing the crew with their fellow cast aways, friends and family, that stand out as individuals but together. Lots of bright colors and good energy matches what the group is all about. Feeling, family, and fun is what their music represents. A good summer love is unmatched and can be something you can not avoid. Never fight what is meant to be, go find out what is in store for you. The song is catchy and hard not to replay. Add this to your playlist in time for your 4th of July activities.

If you can get down with this track then be sure to tap in with the guys right here.

Jimmy Teflon - Churchill Downs [Remix] (Release Date: 7/1/22)

Up next, we have a freeverse on a popular beat from Jimmy Teflon. For the listeners, he decides to remix Churchill Downs by Drake & Jack Harlow as a soundcloud exclusive. Taking the time to show his lyrical exercise and have fun with what is going on in the pop culture. Getting more serious with the song matter and speaking on his perspective when it comes to his world of music, who he keeps close, and watching out for energy you can’t control. This one is a dope listen if you have not heard a more lyrical side of Jimmy Teflon. We are excited to see what is next in store for his sound going forward. Be sure to stream his music on all platforms in addition to this rare gems we are getting from the artist.

If you rocked with this freeverse, be sure to follow him right here.

ZP Ratik - Talking To Myself (Release Date: 6/30/22)

To close out the week, we have ZP Ratik, who has putting in a lot of work in 2022 already. This time he is fresh off his release for his latest single “Talking To Myself.” The song touches on the idea of being “easier said than done” when it comes to the grind. ZP, who is very hands on with his craft, may feel sometimes that he works hard enough but sometimes wonder if that is enough. A lot of time faced with himself and what he has done versus what his own standard is. Most of the time he reaches or exceeds, if not, there is something learned and gained from it. The song is him talking to himself and what he has to deal with in order to prosper further in his journey. All while maintaining a fun but well put together verse across the whole thing. The beat is captivating and the cadences bring a different texture to the substance contained. We are excited about the evolution of ZP and what he has coming up for the end of summer.

If you are a supporter of this artist, do not forget to follow him right here to get ready!
