The upcoming artist croons over a spacey, pop-trap sounding instrumentals. Playing with a variety of melodies and ballad-like performance on the hook. Commissioning the assistance of yetep & Caslow in conjunction with Monstercat Instinct to host this release on their platform. A melancholy but upbeat record about feeling unaccepted fully by the person that you love and who “loves” you back. On to the next record, we have Juziah from Reno, NV. A WW Alumni, we last caught up with this MC in November for an interview. Since then he has been working in silence and is now back with a new freestyle track titled “105 Freestyle.” A dope record where he just bars out for the duration of the song. A quick in and out style verse filled with smooth punchlines, alluding to the iconic athlete on the cover art. Displaying some of his technical abilities, Juziah takes this lyrical exercise to remind people that he still does this. Any hip hop head can find themselves nodding along to the flows demonstrated in this song. Have you heard about Juziah before? If not, tap in with our interview with him and then check out the “105 Freestyle” down below!

Nesta OG - Bad Things (Release Date: 4/19/22)

Number 4 comes by way of Nesta OG, of Reno, NV, with his latest single “Bad Things.” A record produced by Sacramento producer, SparkyMadeItSlap. This bouncy, yet fun record touches on the ignorant bliss provided by the vices of life and our own relationships with them. As opposed to feeling judged for being misunderstood, embrace your flaws, and wear it with pride. In addition to the release, the artist connects with the platform WithTheVisuals and director Alfred Leon. With the catchy hook and lowlight visuals, this one is appropriately fitting as we approach the warmer seasons. This affirmation of living your truth in the moment is right in tune for any night that is worth remembering. The Reno, NV representative has been working hard on his craft. An eclectic combination of melodic crooning and rapid pace delivery, this artist makes elegant street music. He has been laying low, working on his upcoming releases as well as doing shows to expand his presence. Doing everything at a high quality level, Lil Uce has quickly elevated his artistry in the last year and a half since we stumbled on him at the WW. This song is addictive and hard not to get into.
