The Inner Club (Ep. 5): dARTh Tone
Freshly released, is the latest episode of withthevisuals YouTube series “The Inner Club” featuring dARTh Tone. Directed by Alfred Leon and Hosted by Luke ZBella; filmed on site at Cody C Music Studios. This episode was unique, the first where an artist dedicates the performance and attendance to a certain cause. Tone takes the time to spread awareness on depression and addiction. An issue that hits close to home for a lot of people in his life. A sentiment that I can definitely appreciate, as having a past of substance abuse growing up. The effects of which have taken a toll on me mentally. To this day witnessing loved ones going through it still.
This dedication segues to the live performance of an exclusive premiere titled “Ways Away.” A song that speaks for itself and shows the honest side of Tone. Getting very open and accountable about the difficulties he faces in his own life. Using his platform to show others its okay to embrace your scars and to not hold in the hard feelings you are feeling. An amazing song overall, that will definitely be replayed in the future over here. After the brief set, the show then transitions to Luke ZBella’s discussion with the artist with a commercial.
The commercial happens to be for a Reno, NV clothing brand “Till The Veins Run Dry” which stars their sponsored athlete fighters as they train. The commercial features the late Khase Kollins (s/o the first WW) with his record titled “One Fry.” The portion of the song used in it, contains lyrics that inspired the clothing brand’s name. Be sure to check out ttvrd.com and support a small business. Their products are of high quality. Trust me, I would know. Currently typing this in their clothing, totally by accident, by the way. The next portion of the video is definitely just as honorable.
The two touch on a variety of topics, such as the origin of Tone’s name, the background of Vaded Nation, his friendship with Khase, appreciation for those who came before him, his background in his city’s music scene, current promotions, plans for the future, and more. I can’t give the whole menu away, go watch and learn about the artist behind the dope music. After watching this, tap in with our socials and let us know what you thought.
